Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong size or product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will either:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Send a replacement product at no additional cost.
For approved damaged or incorrect item claims, we will provide and pay for the return shipping label.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition unless the issue is due to a defect.
